Background/Summary: 

Abel Unlimited, has applied for site plan approval (SP-17-06) associated with 2020 Seabird Way, parcel control number 56-43-42-30-16-000-0110.  The proposed site plan would expand the existing wholesale and warehouse use at the subject property by adding an additional 4,330 square feet of building area to the existing 13,204 square feet, totaling approximately 17,534 square feet.  City staff has found that the proposed site plan is consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and the City’s Code of Ordinances.

 

The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed site plan application SP-17-06 on April 12, 2018 and unanimously recommended approval to the City Council.  City Staff recommends approval of this resolution with specific conditions as provided within the attached resolution.
