Background/Summary: 

The term of office for the General Employees Pension Board member Ms. Betty Kendrick expired November 2017. Staff is recommending City Council appoint  a new member or re-appoint Ms. Kendrick. 

 

Attached is Ms. Kendrick’s attendance from January 2014 to present which indicates no absence. Ms. Kendrick has met all requirements for certification and the certification is current. Therefore, staff is requesting City Council re-­appoint Ms. Kendrick to the General Employees Pension Board. Ms. Kendrick submitted  a request for re-appointment to the board.  

 

The General Employees Pension Board meets monthly at 5:30 p.m. in the Human Resources Conference Room. A copy of the duties and responsibilities and composition of the existing board member list are included with this package.
