At the February 21, 2018 meeting, the City Council voted to allow the members of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity through the Alpha Educational Foundation, the use of the site FKA Riviera Beach Maritime Academy  Elementary School at 251 West 11th Street (PCN: 56-43-42-33-06-030-0010).
