Background/Summary: 

the Utility Special District Water and Wastewater Master Plan recommended in February 2013 that lift station #19 be replaced as soon as possible and be changed from a can station design to a submersible station design;

the Utility District has included the improvement of its sewer lift stations in its 5-year Capital Improvement Plan budget;           and           WHEREAS, the primary purpose of this project is to improve the integrity of the wastewater collection and transfer system; lift station #19 has been operating on a bypass pumping system for a number of months;      in the interest of protecting the public health and safety, the Utility Special District has engaged C-Solutions to provide design and other engineering support services for the replacement of the lift station.
