Background/Summary: 
During fiscal year 2017 the City Council approved to fund the Riviera Beach Summer Youth Employment and Job Training program which was designed to train 14 ad 15 year olds and hire teen ad young adult workers ages 16 to 21.  City Council has expressed the desire to have a similar program during the summer of 2018.  The purpose of this item is to obtain direction from the City Council regarding the format of the program.
