Background/Summary: 

ON NOVEMBER 1, 2017, THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 4, 2017 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING WERE APPROVED.  ON NOVEMBER 6, 2017, AN EMAIL WAS RECEIVED REGARDING DISCREPANCIES IN THE MINUTES.  UPON REVIEW OF THE MINUTES AND VIDEO, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE MINUTES WERE INCOMPLETE.  THE COMMENTS WERE FORWARDED TO THE  VENDOR WHO IN TURN REVIEWED THE VIDEO ,INSTEAD OF THE AUDIO THAT WAS SUBMITTED, AND MADE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.  THE REVISED MINUTES ARE BEING SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL.
