Background/Summary: 

The Palm Beach County Health Department has requested the development of a Unidirectional Flushing Plan as part of the regulatory requirements for the Water Treatment Plant Consent Order (WP-020-16) to the Utility District which was executed on June 9, 2016.

 

The primary purpose of this project is to improve the water quality within the water distribution system.

 

The City of Riviera Beach Utility District Board approved the Second Option to the Agreement with C-Solution on October 20, 2017.
