Background/Summary: 

In March of 2016 the City of Riviera Beach entered into a non-exclusive agreement with PACE Program providers to make their PACE programs available to City residents and business owners.  Palm Beach County recently passed the Palm Beach County PACE ordinance to authorize a county-wide PACE program in which multiple PACE program providers will participate.  The County PACE ordinance encourages competition among PACE program providers throughout the County and the ordinance also adds several enhancements to the standard PACE program including enhancements for consumer protections.

 

The City of Riviera Beach has reviewed the County's PACE program and finds that it will be beneficial to the residents and business owners of the City of Riviera Beach .
