Background/Summary: 
Since City Council has approved the creation, reclassification and deletion of classified and unclassified positions for Budget Year 2017 - 2018, a resolution is created to add and/or delete these positions  to the Job Classification List.  This year is no exception, therefore the attached resolution is created.
