Background/Summary: 

The City's Comprehensive Plan shall contain a Capital Improvement Element desgined to consider the need for and the location of public facilities in order to encourage the efficient use of such facilities and Florida Statutes Section 163.3177 states that the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan be reviewed by the local government on an annual basis. 

 

The Five Year Capital Improvement Plan has been reviewed and modified based on City Council input at various workshops during the months of July and August.  Staff is requesting that the City Council approve the tentative plan on first reading.
