Background/Summary: 

The City of Riviera Beach has been currently using the Novus Solutions Legislative Management System. This system has been in place for 4+ years and the City has outgrown the original requirements that this system was able to provide.

 

The requested solution is a cloud-based software platform that provides citizens and staff access to the software from any internet browser.The Accela Management Suite is an Agenda Management, Civic Streaming, Digital Board Room, and Commission Management solution combined into one robust Legislative Management Solution.

 

The Accela Legislative Management Suite will allow the staff to 

  • Simplify legislative meetings and improve the work flow and retention of information. 
  • Promotes accountability and ensures actions are completed
  • Reduces Paper Usage
  • Save labor costs and time by eliminating manual work and automating the meeting process
  • Engage staff and citizens in the process by making public meetings efficient and available. 
  • Provide Citizens and staff robust search functionalities providing a clear transparent picture of City Meetings.
