Background/Summary: 
The church is holding a back to school summit for the Riviera Beach Community on August 19, 2017 at J.F. Kennedy Middle school. Parents will be informed of state regulated testing, school district policies and parental rights.  Students will have the option to select two workshops, on topics such as: fitness and nutrition, juvenile justice, gang prevention, career planning, college preparedness, developing good study habits, and having proper etiquette. Lunch will be provided for attendees and backpacks and supplies will be distributed to students.
