Background/Summary: 
A need has arisen to appoint an Alternate Special Master.  The City currently has had a Code Enforcement Special Master but there are occasions where an Alternate Special Master should be available to conduct hearings when the special master is not available.  Recently, the special master had other obligations and was not available, the hearing had to be cancelled.  Mr. Weaver possesses the experience and skills as an attorney and member of the Florida Bar necessary to serve as alternate special master for the City.
