Background/Summary: 
City staff has been approached by multiple property owners requesting addresses for vacant parcels within the City of Riviera Beach. Upon reviewing the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Community Development and research on adjoining communities, it was determined revisions to the SOP are required. Based upon determination from the City Attorney, implementation of the amended addressing procedure is administrative in nature thus no action is required by the City Council.
