Background/Summary: 

The City released its IT Strategic Master Plan in July 2015. The Plan identified the need for Geospatial Information Systems, staff training, and centralization of GIS,

 

GIS is a system used by Public Works, Utility District, Community Development, Fire Department and the Police Department to be able to provide crime analysis reports, land development maps, and to strategize current utility infrastructures. These departments currently use the ESRI system. this contract provides for city-wide usage pricing and enhanced capacity.

 

The contract is for 3-years at an annual cost of $124,500.
