Background/Summary: 

On October 12, 2015, a site plan for the Wellness Resort and Spa was approved by City Council by Resolution No. 143-15.  The project history and conditions of approval are provided within said resolution which has been attached to this item as back up material.  The development team for the Wellness Resort and Spa have requested amendments to the originally approved site plan.  These requests are outlined within the March 17, 2017, correspondence (attached) from Yashpal Kakkar, Owner's Representative.  The amendment request includes modified building dimensions, reduced unit count and modification of unit types, as well as new building elevations.  Although the requested amendments may fall within the Administrative Approval powers of City Staff, as provided within Section 2, No. 6 or Resolution 143-15, this item is being presented for public review under discussion and deliberation to ensure process transparency.
