SOUTH FLORIDA SPADES TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD AT THE RIVIERA BEACH EVENT CENTER.  THE SPADES TOURNAMENT EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. TERENCE DAVIS IS REQUESTING COMMUNITY BENEFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00 TO COVER THE COST OF THE DJ, SPADE CARDS, SECURITY, AND MARKETING SUPPLIES.
