MAYOR MASTERS IS WORKING WITH DR. PHILLIP DUKES AS OPERATION RESTORE MENTORS YOUTH TO DECREASE DRUG AND GANG ACTIVITY IN RIVIERA BEACH.  DR. DUKES TRAVELS AROUND THE CITY HOLDING RALLIES AND PLAYING GAMES TO KEEP THE YOUTH ENGAGED WITH THE PROGRAM. DR. DUKES BELIEVES THIS KIND OF MENTORING PROGRAM IS THE MISSING ELEMENT TO CHANGE THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE COMMUNITY.
