Background/Summary: 
Now in its fifth year, Faith's Place for Creative Arts and Education provides a free after school music and arts enrichment program to more than 120 students from three years old all the way up to the 12th grade. The inner city youth learn dance and various musical instruments including violin, piano, steel drums and much more.  Mayor Masters Community Benefits funds will help provide scholarships and fundraising assistance for graduating seniors.
