Background/Summary: 

On October 12, 2016 President Barack Obama issued a Major Disaster Declaration for the State of Florida as a result of Hurricane Matthew, the declaration authorizes public assistance funding for eligible disaster recovery efforts for Palm Beach County and other counties throughout the State of Florida. 

 

The City applied and was approved for the public assistance grant.  This funding agreement has to be completed no later than 60 days after notification of approval.
