Background/Summary: 
The City currently uses ADG for their financial system. A determination was made as part of best practices to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution. ERP will provide all departments better management of their financial resources and workflow as well as to  and provide seamless integration to other software platforms such as KRONOS for payroll and timekeeping.
