Background/Summary: 

In November 2014, the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) sold a parcel known by parcel control number 56-43-42-33-06-006-0041 to the Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation (CDC) with the intent of developing affordable single family residential housing onsite. The Riviera Beach CDC desires to build two single family residential units on the parcel known as parcel control number 56-43-42-33-06-006-0041. In order to construct both single family homes on the referenced parcel, the Riviera Beach CDC is requesting for a replat on the parcel thereby creating double lots. 

 

On September 1, 2016, the Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation submitted the official plat application (PA-16-04) to the City. Staff reviewed the plat application PA-16-04 for consistency with the City's Code of Ordinances and Florida Statues.

 

On October 27, 2016, the City's Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation Plat Application (PA-16-04) and unanimously recommended approval of the plat entitled "Park Manor No. 2 Plat" to the City Council
