Background/Summary: 
Section 12 of the first amendment to the Employement Agreement with the former City Manager Ruth Jones,  made and entered into on December 2. 2015 states that if Ms. Jones's employment with the City is terminated prior to vesting in the Florida Retirement System (FRS), the City agrees to repay the deferred compensation amount to Ms. Jones.  Based on the Employment Agreement, Ms. Jones is entitled to a refund of deferred compensation in the amount of $93,397.61 to be remitted directly to the deferred compensation program.
