Background/Summary: 

The current emergency standby generator is over ten (10) years old. The generator is located on the east side of the City at Fire-Rescue station 86 and is constantly exposed to salt air which causes corrosion and extensive maintenance. The current generator is a Kato Lite which is no longer in business as a company.  This creates a hardship to get the needed parts to maintain the generator currently on site.
