Background/Summary: 

The Board of Directors of the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District approved Resolution 08-16UD on July 11, 2016 with D.S. Eakins piggybacking Palm Beach County Contract No. 11073C. The contract which was piggybacked was set to expire August 31, 2016.

 

The Utility District requires the services of D.S. Eakins. The City of Palm Beach Gardens has a contract with D.S. Eakins, No. ITB2014-031PW to provide miscellaneous construction services.

 

The Utility District has a continued requirement for this contractual service. While the City will piggyback this contract at this time, it is the intent of purchasing to solicit their own contract for these services within the next three months.
