| | | | | | | | Recommendation/Motion: | To approve a resolution to accept the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners and the City of Riviera Beach Civil Drug to delete Exhibit B to the Agreement in its entirety and replace it with Exhibit B-01. Exhibit B is the agreement budget and represents reimbursable expenses. Exhibit B-01 has been amended to adjust the following line items and do not represent any change to the overall budget: Operating Supplies increased from $3000 to $3500; Training, Certification and Membership increased from $2500 to $3500; Maintenance/Equipment reduced from $4500 to $2500 and Promotional Activities increased from $3500 to $4000. These line item revisions did not result in a change to the overall budget and only represents a reallocation of awarded funds. |
