| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | According to this year's budget, a three percent (3%) salary adjustment for Fiscal Year 2016/2017 has been included for department heads and other employees who are not covered by a bargaining agreement. Based on the employees covered under a bargaining agreement, the following were granted for the 2016/2017 Fiscal Year: SEIU - 3% and IAFF - 3% cost of living increases. Attached is the resolution and the job classification list of those employees who are eligible to receive the three percent (3%) as a department head, administrative, supervisory & confidential and unclassified part-time personnel. Therefore, City Council is requested to approve this resolution. |
