Background/Summary: 
The City appointed attorneys Corey Smith and Diane James-Bigot by Resolution No. 98-14 and City Council approval September 17, 2014, to serve as special masters for code enforcement hearings, unsafe building hearings, and for other city hearings.  The Mayor and City Clerk executed the Legal Services Agreement for the same, providing a term of two years commencing on September 17, 2014, with the option to extend the term of the Agreement for additional two (2) year periods should the Attorneys wish to renew the Agreement for an additional Term. Attorneys Corey Smith and Diane James-Bigot have provided service to the City for many years and each wish to renew the Legal Services Agreement for an additional Term.  It is recommended that the City Council extend the Term and Legal Services Agreement of Corey Smith and Diane James-Bigot as special masters for the City.  The term of the agreement shall be for two years at a rate of $200 per hour.
