Background/Summary: 

Florida Statutes Section 163.3177 states that the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan must be reviewed by the local government on an annual basis. 

 

The City Council was presented the tentative Five Year Capital Improvement Plan. The Plan was reviewed and discussed during a Budget Workshop on August 8, 2016.  Modifications were presented to the Plan based on August 29, 2016.   The Five Year Capital Improvement Plan totals $113,974,482.
