Background/Summary: 
The State of Florida Department of Health Palm Beach County issued Consent Order WP-020-16 for violations incurred by the USD. On May 5, 2016, the City of Riviera Beach entered into an agreement with Bevin A. Beaudet, P.E., LLC to provide technical consulting services.  Working closely with USD staff,  Mr. Beaudet reviewed current processes and developed a plan to resolve those issues. Future staffing issues as well as the need to work closely with staff to ensure all corrective processes  are implemented and/or completed, a decision was made to amend Mr. Beaudet's agreement.
