Background/Summary: 
On July 11, 2016, the City Council held a special meeting to consider the appointment of an Interim City Attorney given the impending retirement of City Attorney, Pamala H. Ryan.  At that meeting, the City Council selected Andrew DeGraffenreidt to act as Interim City Attorney until a permanent City Attorney has been chosen.  The City Council agreed to pay Mr. DeGraffenreidt the same salary as Ms. Ryan which is $167,474.84.  In addition, Mr. DeGraffenreidt is presenting an employment agreement regarding salary and benefits to memorialize said agreement.
