AT THE JULY 6, 2016 CITY COUNCIL MEETING, AN ORDINANCE WAS PRESENTED ON 1ST READING RELATING TO THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES.  THE ORDINANCE ON 1ST READING WAS POSTPONED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.  AT THE REQUEST OF COUNCILPERSON LYNNE L. HUBBARD THIS MATTER IS BEING BROUGHT BACK FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION AND DELIBERATION.
