Background/Summary: 
On August 7, 2012, the City of Palm Bay, Florida issued a Request For Proposal #35-0-2012/SB for Well, Pump and Motor Rehabilitation Services.  Aquifer Maintenance & Performance Systems, Inc.(AMPS) was chosen to provide Well, Pump and Motor Rehabilitation Services.  This contract allowed AMPS to provide the same services to other agencies under the same conditions and prices.  The City of West Palm Beach, Florida entered into a piggy-back agreement with AMPS for these services.  The City of Riviera Beach would like to piggy-back the West Palm Beach contract with AMPS to provide Well, Pump and Motor Rehabilitation Services.  These services are necessary for the repair, rehabilitation/replacement, and maintanence of the 27 groundwater wells located in the eastern and western wellfields to provide water supply throughout the utility service area.
