Background/Summary: 
Palm Beach County Youth Services provided City of Riviera Beach Youth Empowerment grant dollars in the amount $100,000 to provide pro social classes to include but not be limited to education, skill building, life skills, mentoring, prevention/intervention programs, and employability skills; these services were to be provided in fiscal year 2015-2016.  Due to delay in start up programming between June and August 2015, and facility renovation funds were not able to be expensed during initial term.
