Background/Summary: 

On June 5, 2013, the City entered into a three year contract for Financial Advisor/Professional Services with Public Financial Management, Inc.(PFM). PFM provides professional services in the area of developing financing strategy and consultation. The initial term of the contract expires on June 5, 2016.

 

PFM has provided exceptional service since June 2013. The City has issued four series of bonds with the assistance of PFM.
