| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | In December of 2015 the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (SWA) notified City staff of a grant opportunity provided for distressed property clean-up and beautification. The City applied for funding for the ongoing Cunningham Park Revitalization Project, in order to improve the quality of life of City residents and the surrounding community. On February 10, 2016, the City was awarded $99,070 from SWA for the Cunningham Park Revitalization Project. To accept this grant, the City must execute the attached Interlocal Grant Agreement with SWA (attached hereto as Exhibit "A").
