Background/Summary: 

PACE is a State authorized program that provides 100% financing for qualifying projects on new & existing buildings. Costs are financed over the useful life of the improvements and secured by the building through a limited-term tax assessment. repayment is linked to the building and not the owner.

In order to operate PACE within the City of Riviera Beach, the City Council must authorize for the city opt in.
