Recommendation/Motion: 

To approve a resolution to accept the Inter-local Agreement between Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Riviera Beach Civil Drug Court to provide a reimbursable amount not to exceed $133,900 annually from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018 for a total of $401,700 for continued F/T case manager staffing F/T community coordinator staffing and support to the Civil Drug Court for services to citizens who are affected by substance abuse.
