Background/Summary: 
At their September 2, 2015 meeting, the USD Board of Directors approved Resolution 13-15UD.  This Resolution approved a $1,000 monthly stipend for each USD Board Member.  At the USD Board meeting on November 16, 2015, board members requested the monthly stipend should be brought back and added to the agenda for the December meeting.  This will allow the residents to have an opportunity to comment on this item.
