The City issued a Request for Proposal (RFP 449-14) seeking for qualified Investment Managers to fulfill the role as the City's Investment Advisors. On June 20, 2014, Public Trust Advisors, LLC submitted their proposal. On August 22 and 29, 2014,  responsive firms gave oral presentations. On September 22, 2014 the Evaluation Committee convened to review and discuss the responses to RFP 449-14.  The Evaluation Committee agreed the proposal submitted by Public Trust Advisors, LLC best satisfied the requirements established in the RFP.

The City entered into a one year Professional Service agreement with Public Trust Advisors, LLC on December 1, 2014 to provides investment management and advisory service with two optional one year renewals at the City's discretion, that would extend to November 30, 2016.

Please note that in accordance to the City's Investment Policy-Delegation of Authority, the City shall employ Investment Managers to assist in the investing, monitoring, or advising of the City's investments.

The City desires for Public Trust Advsiors, LLC to continue their efforts in providing investment management and advisory services. The City is requesting to extend the contract expiration date from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016. Under the City Manager's signature authority, a 60-day extension from December 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016 was issued to maintain contract compliance until a full year's extension could be executed.
