| | | | | | | | Background/Summary: | The City, the CRA and the Utility Special District (District) entered into the Marina Uplands Funding Interlocal Agreement dated October 1, 2014 (“the Original Interlocal Agreement”). The City, the District, and the CRA, desire to amend the existing the Original Interlocal Agreement, as provided herein, to address the duties and responsibilities for the payment of additional Public Improvements and the allocation and payment of additional Public Improvements.
The purpose of the First Amendment is to provide that the City and District shall allocate and pay for certain eligible additional Public Improvements identified in the First Amendment. The total cost of the additional Public Improvement identified is $737,582.
The CRA approved the First Amendment on October 28, 2015. The District is expected to approve the agreement on November 16, 2015. |
